Breakroom Test Kitchen was started as a result of a cooking hobby, a single-foodie home, and an office full of willing consumers. It chronicles not only the by-the-book foods that the author pawns off on her unsuspecting coworkers, but also the living-on-the-edge foods that she invents on a whim (and fortunately for her colleagues, only tests on herself).

The author:

Erin’s love of comfort foods and anything high in carbs may make her seem like a southern girl, and she is, in fact, guilty as charged. She has a job that she adores, tackling communications work for a North Carolina nonprofit. Her interests are varied and scattered, and will no doubt make themselves apparent on these pages.
